公司创始人兼CEO-赵绪波先生毕业于同济医学院临床医学系，后结缘中医，了解到西医治标，中医标本兼治的理念，作为西医临床出生的自己也在中医耳穴治疗中受益匪浅，因此开始西学中，学习中医以及耳穴治疗相关内容，立志中医药文化发扬与传承，为了让更多人受益于耳穴疗法，开始投入相关研究并成功开发以砭石为原材料的耳穴压豆贴，以及专门学习耳穴的交流平台-耳医学苑，现任耳医学苑苑长，耳医专职讲师，为学员讲解中医及耳穴相关课程，深受广大学员好评和喜爱。
